Sometimes you may find something on the beach, or something may happen, which you need extra help with:

 

For human emergencies:

 

The Coastguard

For an emergency on the beach or at sea and someone's safety is at risk (like being trapped by an incoming tide for example), call the Coastguard.
Phone 999 and ask for the Coastguard.
If you have no mobile phone signal, call 112 which should be able to find a signal for you.

 

 

For wildlife emergencies:

 

If you find a LIVE marine animal (dolphin, seal, whale, turtle etc.) in trouble, please contact the most appropriate agency below as soon as you can. Thank you.
